These terms apply when you use brackenroad.com or buy from Bracken Road. By placing an order, you agree to them.

About us
Bracken Road is an online business registered in the Netherlands that sells camping and road-trip gear to customers in Australia.

Products and photos
We describe and photograph our products as accurately as we can. Colours can look slightly different depending on your screen. Measurements are approximate unless stated otherwise.

Prices and payment
All prices are in Australian dollars and include any applicable taxes. Payment is taken when you place your order and is processed securely by Shopify and its payment providers. If a price is clearly wrong because of an error, we will let you know before dispatch and you can cancel for a full refund.

Orders
Your order is accepted when we dispatch it. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will tell you and refund that item in full.

Discounts
Discount codes and kit discounts can't be combined unless we say so. Checkout always applies the best single saving available to your order.

Shipping
Delivery times and costs are explained in our Shipping policy.

Returns and refunds
You can return unused items within 30 days of delivery. Full details are in our Refund policy.

Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under that law.

Using our website
You may use this website for personal, non-commercial purposes. Please don't misuse it, interfere with how it works, or copy its content for commercial use. All text, photos and designs on this website belong to Bracken Road or its partners.

How we collect and use your personal information is explained in our Privacy policy.

Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place your order applies to that order.
