Refund and returns policy

You can return any unused item in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the price paid.

How to return: email zavonext@gmail.com with your order number and the item you'd like to return. We'll reply within 2 business days with the return address and instructions. Once your return arrives and has been checked, we refund the original payment method within 5 business days.

Return postage: for change-of-mind returns, you pay the return postage. If an item is faulty, damaged or not as described, we cover the cost and offer a replacement or a full refund.

Exceptions: for hygiene reasons, used pillows, towels and items that have been slept on can't be returned for change of mind. This never affects your rights if an item is faulty.

Your rights: our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
