Where do you ship?

To every address in Australia. Delivery is free on all orders.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are dispatched within 1 to 3 business days and usually arrive 7 to 14 business days after that. See our Shipping page for details.

Will I have to pay import charges?

No. Prices are in Australian dollars, and for orders under A$1,000 there are no extra charges on delivery.

Can I return something?

Yes, within 30 days of delivery if it's unused. See Returns and refunds.

My order arrived damaged or faulty. What now?

Email zavonext@gmail.com with your order number and a photo. Under the Australian Consumer Law you're entitled to a repair, replacement or refund, and we'll sort out the quickest option with you.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Email us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll change or cancel it before it's dispatched. After that, treat it as a return once it arrives.

Do you deliver to PO boxes and parcel lockers?

Most items, yes. Larger items such as tables, shelters and mattresses may need a street address. If that's an issue for your order, we'll contact you before dispatch.

Are windscreen sun shades legal while driving?

No. Windscreen and front side window shades are for parked cars only. Rear side window shades are different. Read our guide.

How do I know the size of an item?

Each product page lists the details we have confirmed with our manufacturer. If a measurement matters for your car or tent, email us before ordering and we'll check it.
