We ship to every address in Australia, and delivery is free on every order.
Delivery times
Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days. Delivery usually takes 7 to 14 business days after dispatch, depending on where you live. Remote and regional addresses can take a few days longer. The estimate for your order is also shown at checkout.
Tracking
Every order is tracked. You'll receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order has been dispatched.
Prices, taxes and import charges
All prices are in Australian dollars. For orders under A$1,000 there are no extra customs or import charges to pay when your parcel arrives.
Where your order comes from
Bracken Road products are made and packed by our manufacturing partners and shipped directly to you. Some orders with several items may arrive in more than one parcel; you won't pay extra shipping for that.
Something wrong with your delivery?
If your tracking hasn't moved for 7 days, or your parcel arrives damaged, email zavonext@gmail.com with your order number and we'll sort it out.
Your rights
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
