Shipping policy

We ship to every address in Australia, and delivery is free on all orders.

Processing: orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days.

Delivery time: delivery usually takes 7–14 business days after dispatch. Remote and regional addresses can take a few days longer.

Tracking: every order is tracked. You'll get your tracking number by email as soon as your order is dispatched.

Prices and import charges: all prices are in Australian dollars. For orders under A$1,000, there are no customs or import charges to pay when your parcel arrives.

Multiple parcels: orders with several items may arrive in separate parcels, at no extra cost.

Problems with delivery: if your tracking hasn't updated for 7 days, or your parcel arrives damaged, email zavonext@gmail.com with your order number and we'll sort it out.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
